Shipping policy
If you are in UAE you can expect your order to arrive next day or you have the option for same day shipping in the UAE if you place your order before 12:00pm UAE.
Same day Dubai - for orders placed up-to 12:00pm (collected from us between 5-6 pm and delivered by 10pm on the same day)
Same day UAE - for orders placed up to 12:00pm (collected from us between 5-6pm and delivered by 10pm on the same day except Al Ain, RAK, UAQ, FUJ)
Next day UAE - for orders placed up-to 14:00 (collected and delivered in 1-2days)

Can I track my order?
UAE: Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email & SMS from Quiqup.
KSA: Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email & SMS from DHL.
